       My name is Nabil Ansari, I’m the sole owner of J.A.R.V.I.S and the Iron Man suite and I will be suing Marvel for that. Kidding. I’m a student and a body building coach.

So why did I make this blog?
Many people think that doing more squats, benchpresses etc will make them look much better/sexier but in-fact, they are looking more bulkier and uglier and not sexier. So I’m here to show them the best exercise which makes their body proportionate and perfect. You have been lied about how to workout to get the perfect body, you have been lied that you need to take supplements like protein, fish oils, protein bars etc to fulfill you body requirements. But in reality, you don’t need any of them, in-fact you don’t even have to stop eating the bad/junk foods, you need them but with a combination of specific exercises that will affect you in a positive manner. When I started taking protein, it affected me badly, making me ill with many different health complications. By this I did mean to scare you, so make sure you are scared to take proteins from now onwards.
My mission is to show you the best way to get the perfect body which is admired by everyone. This mission will never change but in between there will be some smaller missions like eating the McDonalds burger and fries and also the KFC Snacker.

       This is a small request, purchase a Sennheiser headset for your workouts so that you are not disturbed. Sennheiser is the best one for people like you and me.
